Job summary

Entegris is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician I in Colorado Springs to support cleaning, inspection, finishing, measurement, and assembly of high-precision EUV components. The role involves ultrasonic and manual cleaning, basic assembly, and quality checks in a controlled environment with safety and traceability through MES/SAP.

Cross-training across EUV assembly, machining finishing, and packaging is available to support flexibility and career growth within the Production team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in manufacturing, production, or cleanroom environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to read diagrams detailing product specifications.
• Ability to use measurement tools (calipers, indicators, CMM).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasonic cleaning, pre-inspection, and manual cleaning of EUV pod bases and covers per work instructions and safety procedures.
• Assist with basic mechanical assembly tasks using fixtures and hand tools.
• Conduct visual/cosmetic inspections and escalate defects per process.
