In this role, you will lead pathfinding activities for EUV lithography technology, collaborating with teams on process setups, and conducting inspections. The ideal candidate should have at least a Master’s degree in relevant fields and 3 years of industry experience. Qualifications
Understanding of EUV lithography and its differences from DUV lithography.
Knowledge of immersion multiple patterning processes.
Experience in semiconductor industry, particularly in photolithography.
Responsibilities
Lead pathfinding activities for new lithography technology.
Develop EUV modules and set up lithography processes.
Travel to support high NA EUV work and collaborate with teams.
Skills
Understanding of EUV lithography
Knowledge of 193nm immersion processes
Experience with photolithography simulation software
Strong statistical analysis skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
