Job summary

Volkswagen of New Port Richey is seeking a skilled European Vehicle Technician to join our service team. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair European and import vehicles to manufacturer standards and work with factory service information and diagnostic equipment.

The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and other European brands, ASE certifications are a plus, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Automotive Technician or European Vehicle Technician.
• Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Alfa Romeo, Jaguar, Land Rover, Maserati experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair European and import vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
• Perform advanced diagnostics on electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns.
• Conduct inspections and identify recommended maintenance or repair services.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize factory service information, repair procedures, and diagnostic equipment.
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Participate in manufacturer and dealership training programs.
