Job summary

Quantum Design is seeking a Marketing Manager Europe to lead and shape marketing across Europe for advanced scientific technologies. You will partner with regional teams and global leadership in the U.S.

to develop strategies, oversee campaigns, content, digital marketing, and international events that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Based in Germany, you will manage a European marketing team, optimize channels, and drive a cohesive message across markets while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, natural sciences, or a comparable field.
• Five years of B2B marketing experience with technical products across multiple markets.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated European marketing strategy in line with global corporate goals.
• Define target audiences and develop communication approaches for each segment.
• Plan and budget marketing activities across multiple European markets.
• Establish and further develop brand positioning in the scientific/technical environment.
• Create target group-specific content (technical articles, case studies, application reports).
• Manage and optimise digital channels (website, email, social media, GEO/SEO/SEA).
• Translate complex scientific content into clear messages and ensure a consistent brand across countries.
• Plan, implement and optimise integrated marketing campaigns for lead generation and retention.
• Partner with sales for lead handoff and follow-up; use marketing automation and CRM.
• Develop account-based marketing approaches for key accounts.
• Plan and organise international trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
• Define KPIs and analyse performance for continuous optimisation; prepare reports.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, global marketing, and external agencies.
