Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals seeks a Regional Access Lead to drive market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for its European portfolio. You will collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to shape payer strategies, HTA submissions, and negotiations across Europe.

The role requires extensive experience in market access within pharma, strong European payer knowledge, and the ability to align evidence generation with payer needs.

Qualifications

• Ten years’ pharmaceutical experience, including eight years in market access.
• Regional market access launch experience across therapeutic areas.
• Proven European pricing, reimbursement, HTA and negotiation success.
• Experience developing and adapting economic models for regional/national submissions.
• In-depth knowledge of European payer systems and reimbursement challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead European market access strategies aligned with global objectives and country needs.
• Monitor payer trends, healthcare policies, and reimbursement frameworks across Europe.
• Represent Europe in global access strategy discussions and shape future approaches.
• Adapt access tools, payer value propositions, and objection handlers for regional use.
• Support Health Technology Assessment dossiers, mock negotiations, and payer engagements.
• Build relationships with payers, policymakers, and patient advocacy groups.
• Align evidence generation and health economics outcomes research with payer requirements.
