100Hires, Inc. Birmingham is seeking a European Luxury Diagnostics Technician to perform advanced diagnostics and precision repairs on late-model European vehicles in a climate-controlled service bay.

You’ll collaborate with service advisors and parts, identify additional service opportunities, and document findings to uphold premium standards. Factory-sponsored training is provided, and relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications or OEM credentials preferred (Master Tech L3/L4 or equivalent).
• Experience with luxury/european brands is a plus; strong core skills matter.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and precision repairs to manufacturer and dealership specifications.
• Collaborate with service advisors and parts department to maintain workflow.
• Proactively identify additional service opportunities and document findings.
• Accurately record all work performed, test results, and recommendations.
• Coach and support apprentices to accelerate their growth.
• Advance your craft through factory-sponsored training, fully paid.
