100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Automotive Diagnostics Technician in Brentwood, TN. You will diagnose drivability, electrical and mechanical concerns, perform factory-recommended services, and collaborate with advisors and parts to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in automotive technician role required or preferred.
• ASE certifications or technical school training preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capability required; European brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose drivability, electrical and mechanical concerns.
• Perform maintenance and factory-recommended services.
• Partner with service advisors and parts team for efficient flow.
• Deliver workmanship that earns CSI and repeat customers.
• Engage in ongoing technical and EV training.
