Euroworx & Legacy Autoworx in Minnesota is seeking an experienced A or B Automotive Technician to join our busy, modern shop. We handle domestic/Asian and European platforms with premium diagnostics and a culture of professionalism.

Expect aggressive flat-rate pay and access to top-tier tools, with a focus on accurate diagnostics, clean work, and reliable attendance in a team-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional shop experience as an active B-Tech, or 5+ years for Master/A-Tech level.
• Experience on European platforms such as BMW, Audi/VW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, or MINI is a strong bonus and valued.
• ASE A1–A8 certifications or OEM factory training preferred; continuing education supported.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance across domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• Diagnose check engine lights, electrical issues, drivability problems, CAN-bus networks, and mechanical failures.
• Complete major repairs including suspension/steering overhauls, brake service, timing belts/chains, HVAC, engine diagnostics, and drivetrain work.
• Conduct thorough MPI with notes and photo/video documentation for service advisors.
• Maintain high productivity and safety without sacrificing repair quality.
• Keep bays clean and organized; care for tools, diagnostic equipment, and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostic procedures, mechanical repairs, and scheduled maintenance across domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• Accurately diagnose check engine lights, complex electrical issues, drivability concerns, CAN-bus networks, and mechanical failures.
• Complete major repairs including suspension/steering overhauls, brake system service, timing belts/chains, HVAC service, engine diagnostics, and drivetrain repairs.
• Conduct thorough digital multi-point inspections (MPI) with clear notes and photo/video documentation to support our service advisors.
• Maintain high productivity and efficiency without sacrificing repair quality or safety standards.
• Keep clean, organized bays and take proper care of shop tools, diagnostic equipment, and specialty fixtures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience Level: 3+ years of professional shop experience as an active B-Tech, or 5+ years for Master/A-Tech level.
• European Platform Experience: Prior experience working on BMW, Audi/VW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, or MINI is a strong bonus (experience with factory-level scan tools like ISTA, ODIS, or Xentry is highly valued).
• Certifications: ASE certifications (A1–A8) or OEM factory training preferred (we also support continuing education and testing).
• Tooling: Must possess your own complete set of professional hand, air, and cordless diagnostic tools appropriate for the technician level.
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Mindset: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a collaborative team attitude.
