The position emphasizes diagnostic work (30%–35%), factory tooling access, and strong technical support from shop leadership. ASE reimbursement and ongoing training are provided, with a solid benefits package and health coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• A-Level or strong B-Level technical ability.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills on European/import vehicles.
• Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience.
• Independent repair shop or dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Repair and maintain European and import vehicles.
• Complete vehicle inspections and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
• Document vehicle findings and repair recommendations.
• Communicate repair needs with the service team.
