The role offers $40–$50 per flagged hour with weekly pay and an estimated annual earnings of $80,000–$120,000, reflecting a Monday–Friday schedule and a focus on European vehicle diagnostics and repairs.

You will join a collaborative team in a 10-bay shop with paid training, health benefits, and opportunities for ASE certification reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional automotive repair experience with emphasis on European vehicles.
• A-Level technical capability including advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
• California Smog Check technician certification REQUIRED.
• Experience in engine and transmission repairs and routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair European vehicles, with some domestic/Asian assignments.
• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
• Complete major engine and transmission repairs with component removal/installation.
• Document inspection findings and repair recommendations using the shop's process.
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and accurate repairs.
• Achieve high workmanship standards and strong customer satisfaction.
