Job summary

Wagenhaus, Inc. in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician to join our shop.

The position offers a competitive starting range of $22-$35+ per flagged hour, with compensation based on experience, skill level, diagnostic ability, and demonstrated capabilities. We strongly encourage highly experienced B-Level and A-Level technicians to apply, with open discussion for compensation above the listed range.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive repair experience with European/Asian vehicles.
• European repair experience is required.
• Strong diagnostic abilities including drivability and electrical.
• Able to perform general repairs, maintenance, inspections, and major mechanical work.
• Able to perform digital vehicle inspections (DVI) or trainable on DVI process.
• Experience with scan tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Must provide personal tools required to perform assigned repair work.
• Competitive pay range of $22-$35+ per flagged hour; compensation may exceed range for highly qualified technicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose drivability, electrical, mechanical, and repair concerns on European/Asian vehicles.
• Use shop diagnostic tools for intermediate to advanced diagnostics.
• Perform routine maintenance, oil changes, and major repairs.
• Conduct digital vehicle inspections and document condition via DVI.
• Inspect and replace components as assigned.
• Use Autel, Autologic, DrivePro, Snap-on, and Matco tools as needed.
• Maintain productivity around 40 flagged hours per week.
