Job summary

Euro Service Automotive in Warrenton, VA is seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair European vehicles using OEM-level diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-specific software.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, pay of $44–$50 per flagged hour, and an earning potential of $100,000–$120,000+ annually. The shop is consistently busy, about 2.5 weeks out, with opportunities for production bonuses and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience preferred.
• Strong European vehicle diagnostic and repair experience required.
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with OEM diagnostic equipment and manufacturer software.
• A-Level European Automotive Technician experience preferred; experienced B-Level European Technicians will also be considered.
• ASE Certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair European vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and OEM software.
• Diagnose drivability, electrical, mechanical, and maintenance concerns.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and document vehicle condition.
• Utilize Shop-Ware, Autologic, iScan, BMW ISTA, and manufacturer-specific diagnostic software.
• Recommend repairs and maintenance based on vehicle condition.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to maintain efficient workflow.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality repairs.
