Eurotune in Richmond, VA seeks an experienced European Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair and program European vehicles in a modern, climate-controlled shop.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of automotive repair, strong electrical and diagnostic skills, and a VA State Inspection License. Join a team with advanced tools and potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• A-Level or strong B-Level technical ability.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills.
• European vehicle experience preferred; Virginia State Inspection License required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns.
• Repair BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and other European vehicles.
• Complete advanced mechanical repairs, maintenance, and general service.
• Perform vehicle programming and ADAS calibration.
• Perform module and component cloning.
• Use Topdon and factory-level diagnostic equipment.
• Service Asian and Domestic vehicles as needed.

European Automotive Technician | $40–$50 Flat Rate | $100K–$120K

Location: Richmond, VA

Shop Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30

Pay Rate: $40–$50 per flagged hour
Pay Type: Flat rate
Pay Schedule: Twice monthly | 1st & 15th
Earning Potential: Approximately $100,000–$120,000 annually

Eurotune is seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician in Richmond, VA.

• Approximately 90% European vehicles
• 75+ vehicles per week
• 8 bays and 7 lifts
• Heated and air-conditioned shop
• Factory-level diagnostic equipment
• Hands-on technical support from both owners
• Potential advancement to Shop Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
• Repair BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and other European vehicles
• Complete advanced mechanical repairs, maintenance, and general service
• Perform vehicle programming and ADAS calibration
• Perform module and component cloning
• Use Topdon and factory-level diagnostic equipment
• Service Asian and Domestic vehicles as needed
