Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair European vehicles from initial diagnosis through final repair.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform general maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Complete DVIs and document findings and recommendations.
• Use factory-level diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concerns.
• Maintain attention to detail throughout diagnosis and repair.
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle concerns when needed.
