Job summary

OKX is seeking an experienced corporate and regulatory attorney to join its European legal team in Malta, reporting to the European Associate General Counsel. You will support OKX's European entities and collaborate with the Global Legal team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years at a top law firm or in-house, strong writing, and familiarity with cryptocurrency, GDPR, MIFID, and related financial services laws. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge crypto regulation and a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Fully qualified lawyer with strong regulatory background.
• Experience with cryptocurrency/digital assets laws.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support legal coverage areas including litigation handling, governance, and contracts.
• Advise on legal risk of digital assets and oversee asset reviews.
• Oversee licenses, interact with regulators, and supervise outside counsel.
