Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Finance Team Lead Tax & Compliance Europe to lead the regional tax and compliance team, driving effective governance across multiple European countries. You will oversee tax compliance activities, work with Group Tax and local finance teams, and implement standardization and process improvements while supporting the business with practical tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in tax, tax compliance, or related finance function in an international environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Europe Tax & Compliance team to ensure compliant tax framework across Europe.
• Oversee day-to-day tax compliance activities and provide guidance on tax matters.
• Coordinate corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other compliance activities.
• Support transfer pricing compliance and documentation requirements.
• Act as primary contact for tax authorities, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
