Vanderlande is seeking a Finance Team Lead Tax & Compliance Europe to steer the regional tax and compliance function in a dynamic, international setting. You will lead a team of professionals supporting multiple European countries and work with Group Tax, Finance, Legal, and local stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant tax governance.

Responsibilities include overseeing VAT, corporate income tax, and transfer pricing, while driving process improvements and ensuring timely tax reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in tax, tax compliance, or a related finance function within an international environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating a team.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Europe Tax & Compliance team and provide guidance.
• Oversee day-to-day tax compliance activities across Europe.
• Coordinate corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other tax compliance tasks.
• Support transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
• Act as primary contact for tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors.
• Identify and manage tax risks and drive improvements across processes.
