Job summary

Oath is seeking a Senior Regulatory Affairs & Field Sciences Manager Europe to lead regulatory strategy for Oath Soil Life across Europe, ensuring freedom to operate and timely registrations. The role coordinates field trials with CROs and partners, ensuring high-quality data while navigating EU legacy processes and MR directives.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in European regulatory affairs, strong dossier management, and experience in field research programs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant Regulatory Affairs experience in the agricultural sector.
• Experience in European regulatory affairs, particularly EU Mutual Recognition and legacy national abiotic registration processes.
• Comprehensive grasp of scientific protocols and prerequisites for field-based research.
• Field trial experience highly desirable.
• Knowledge of abiotic agricultural inputs, biostimulants, soil amendments and microbial products regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regulatory strategy for Oath Soil Life in Europe, prioritizing MR directive.
• Manage product registration processes, including documentation submissions to regulatory bodies (e.g., certificate of conformity via § 9 DMG).
• Oversee regulatory compliance across Europe, UK, Turkey, and the Middle East; liaise with regulatory agencies or local contractors.
• Coordinate field and nursery trial programs across Europe (incl. UK) and Türkiye; track execution and data delivery.
