Holley Performance Brands, Euro Division, seeks a Director of Division Marketing in Opelika, AL. You will bridge technical product experts and Holley’s Marketing Center of Excellence to translate performance tech into revenue-driving campaigns.

You'll own go-to-market strategies, define messaging, and drive product adoption across divisions while leading cross-functional teams to align with governance and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 8+ years in product marketing for automotive aftermarket or performance goods.
• Proven success in leading product strategy and GTM launches.
• Strong motorsports knowledge and persona development.
• Data-driven with analytics tool fluency.
• Experience with HubSpot, Shopify, GA, and PIM/ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Lead GTM strategies for new products and updates.
• Coordinate launches with Sales, Engineering, Brand Marketing and eCommerce.
• Define lifecycle marketing and messaging.
• Develop content and enablement tools for sales.
• Analyze market trends and competition to guide decisions.
• Measure KPI related to product performance and ROI.
• Mentor and align division marketing with governance standards.
