Holley Performance is seeking a proactive Manager of Sales – Euro Division in Nashville to drive growth for Dinan and APR by expanding dealer networks and elevating day-to-day sales execution. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep Euro performance market familiarity, relationship-building, and results delivery.

You will lead a team, develop account plans, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to optimize revenue, margins, and channel

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive sales experience with 2–3+ years in leadership.
• Automotive aftermarket experience required; European performance experience preferred.
• Proven success managing key accounts, developing channels, and growing revenue.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customers, dealers, distributors.

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue and growth objectives for Dinan and APR.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales across dealers, distributors, and new channels.
• Expand market share within European performance segments.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, retailers, and strategic accounts.
• Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
