Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation date no later than June 2027.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, or Linux.
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP).
• Automation and scripting experience with PowerShell and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute individually and as a team member to support functional areas, analyze business processes, and achieve goals assigned by an experienced manager
• Engage with business partners and contribute to projects that drive significant value
• Provide technical support of end user equipment
• Support deployment and management of end user hardware and software
• Assist with onboarding and training of end users
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned
