The EUC Intern will support the End User Hardware Refresh program, helping automate workflows, provide technical support, and assist with onboarding and training of end users. Two schedule options are available; interns must be on-site in Atlanta for the duration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with graduation by June 2027.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, or Linux.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP).
• Experience with automation or scripting (PowerShell or similar).

Responsibilities

• Assist with End User Hardware Refresh program and automate workflows.
• Provide technical support for end-user equipment.
• Support deployment and management of end-user hardware and software.
• Assist with onboarding and training of end users.
• Collaborate with teams and take on additional projects as assigned.
