JBL Resources is seeking a Project Manager to lead EU MDR implementation for a Fortune 500 medical device initiative in the Memphis area. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, develop plans, and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery of critical regulatory projects.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device project management, strong knowledge of EU MDR, and proven ability to coordinate stakeholders and optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in medical device industry with EU MDR focus.
• Strong regulatory knowledge, risk analysis and mitigation under EU MDR.
• Experience developing schedules, WBS, critical path, and risk plans.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance tools and project software.
• On-site project management experience preferred.
• No C2C candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to implement EU MDR requirements.
• Develop and execute the project management plan.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for project challenges.
• Keep stakeholders updated on project progress.
• Direct, manage and monitor project activities to meet objectives.
• Evaluate tradeoffs to optimize outcomes.
• Meet with stakeholders to refine project scope.
• Review project scope for approval and alignment.
• Create a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Develop and manage the detailed project schedule.
• Analyze the critical path and major workstreams for delays.
• Develop a risk management plan to address risks.
• Identify, analyze and understand potential risks.
• Develop and monitor risk response plans.
• Estimate, acquire and assign resources for the team.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
