Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. in Arlington, TN is seeking a Project Manager to lead EU MDR / manufacturing initiatives at our site.

This contract role requires developing and executing a project management plan, managing schedules and budgets, mitigating risks, and coordinating cross-functional teams from Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of PM experience, hands-on EU MDR exposure in manufacturing, strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Project Management experience.
• Hands-on EU MDR experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in regulated medical device environments.
• Strong cross-functional project leadership and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of EU MDR requirements at the Arlington site.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive project management plan.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
