Job summary

Bybit is seeking a strategic Growth & Partnerships professional to drive market expansion for Bybit Pay. You will acquire merchants, PSPs, and fintech partners, manage growth channels, and lead end-to-end business development cycles.

Collaboration with Product, Compliance, Marketing, and Payments Ops will be essential to activate and scale crypto payment use cases. You will shape regional GTM strategies, identify high-potential corridors, and participate in industry events to strengthen Bybit’s

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the KOL and VIP ecosystem.
• In-depth knowledge of the local market.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Bybit platform and products.
• Strong understanding of community dynamics.
• Knowledge of the OSOP environment for creating Campaign 2.0 campaigns.
• Fluent in French & English.

Responsibilities

• Support market expansion for Bybit Pay across global markets.
• Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, community leaders, and other growth channels.
• Drive end-to-end BD cycle: market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and partnership execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Card, Fiat Channels, Compliance, Payments Ops, Marketing) to activate and scale payment use cases.
• Develop regional GTM strategies and identify high-potential payment corridors for crypto‑to‑fiat and fiat‑to‑crypto flows.
• Represent Bybit in industry events, conferences, and ecosystem partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Support market expansion for Bybit Pay across global, building and owning the full growth pipeline
• Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, community leaders, and other growth channels.
• Drive the end‑to‑end BD cycle: market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and partnership execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Card, Fiat Channels, Compliance, Payments Ops, Marketing) to activate and scale payment use cases.
• Develop regional GTM strategies and identify high‑potential payment corridors for crypto‑to‑fiat and fiat‑to‑crypto flows.
• Support cross‑border payment products, including settlement channels, payout solutions, and merchant integrations.
• Provide market intelligence, partner feedback, and competitive analysis to optimize product direction.
• Represent Bybit in industry events, conferences, and ecosystem partnerships.
