Job summary

Bybit ищет специалиста по развитию бизнеса в Польше на удалёнку. Ваша задача – развивать Bybit Pay, строить партнёрские каналы и координировать глобальные стратегии выхода на рынок в крипто‑платежах.

Вы будете привлекать и управлять мерчантами, PSP и финтех‑партнёрами, участвовать в переговорах, развивать региональные GTM‑планы и обеспечивать рост платежных кейсов. Требуется глубокое понимание рынка, экосистемы KOL/VIP и владение польским и английским языками.

Responsibilities

• Развитие рынка Bybit Pay: глобальное расширение, формирование полного пайплайна роста.
• Привлечение и управление мерчантами, PSP, платежными шлюзами и партнёрами
• Ведение цикла BD: маппинг рынков, лидогенерацию, презентации, переговоры и заключение партнёрств
• Согласование с командами: продукт, карты, каналы Fiat, комплаенс, платежи
• Разработка региональных GTM‑стратегий и выявление перспективных платежных коридоров
• Поддержка кросс‑бордер платежных продуктов, включая каналы расчётов и интеграцию мерчантов
• Предоставление рыночной аналитики и фидбека партнёров для направления продукта
• Представление Bybit на отраслевых мероприятиях и в партнёрских экосистемах

Задачи:

• Support market expansion for Bybit Pay across global, building and owning the full growth pipeline


• Acquire and manage merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners, Web3 projects, community leaders, and other growth channels


• Drive the end‑to‑end BD cycle: market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and partnership execution


• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Card , Fiat Channels, Compliance, Payments Ops, Marketing) to activate and scale payment use cases


• Develop regional GTM strategies and identify high‑potential payment corridors for crypto‑to‑fiat and fiat‑to‑crypto flows


• Support cross‑border payment products, including settlement channels, payout solutions, and merchant integrations


• Provide market intelligence, partner feedback, and competitive analysis to optimize product direction


• Represent Bybit in industry events, conferences, and ecosystem partnerships

• Strong understanding of the KOL and VIP ecosystem


• In‑depth knowledge of the local market


• Comprehensive knowledge of our platform and products


• Strong understanding of community dynamics


• Knowledge of the OSOP environment for creating Campaign 2.0 campaigns


• Understanding of the marketing landscap


• Fluent in Polish and English
