Job summary

NTT DATA, Europe & LATAM, Branch in USA, Inc. in Houston, TX, seeks an experienced ETRM Business Analyst focused on Back Office, accounting and regulatory reporting to guide a large-scale energy trading platform transformation.

You will collaborate with Operations, Accounting, Finance, Compliance, and IT to capture requirements and design future-state processes, ensuring data quality, mappings, and robust reporting across the trade lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years BA/functional experience, preferably in ETRM or energy trading.
• Strong Back Office knowledge: settlements, invoicing, confirmations, payments.
• Strong energy accounting knowledge: accruals, P&L, GL postings, reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own Back Office and Accounting requirements.
• Document requirements for confirmations, invoicing, settlements, payments, accruals, and regulatory reporting.
• Define future-state workflows and interfaces between ETRM, ERP/GL, and downstream systems.
• Lead functional testing and business readiness.
