Job summary

Sequoia Connect LLC is seeking an ETL Testing Engineer to join our Talent-First Technology Ecosystem. You will design and execute tests for ETL workflows, validate data accuracy, and ensure reliable data integrations across cloud data sources and REST APIs.

With 8+ years of experience, you will leverage Core Java, Groovy, or Python, work in a remote setup, and contribute to a high-performance, agile delivery culture within a fast-growing client network.

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong SQL and ETL testing experience.
• Experience with relational databases (RDBMS) and cloud data sources.
• Experience testing REST APIs.
• Programming skills in Core Java, Groovy, or Python.

• Advanced Spanish.

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Design and execute tests for ETL workflows and data transformations.

• 8+ years of relevant experience.


• Strong SQL and ETL testing experience.

• Experience testing REST APIs.


• Programming skills in Core Java, Groovy, or Python.


• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.


• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between \"coding\" and \"engineering.\"

Desired

• Familiarity with Mainframe JCL.


• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
