Job summary

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an ETL Developer/SQL tester with 5-7 years of experience to design and validate data pipelines on AWS. The role focuses on building robust ETL processes, ensuring data quality, and validating backend logic.

You will work with developers and analysts to translate business requirements into thorough test plans, automate where possible, and drive performance improvements in high-volume cloud environments. Pittsburgh area experience is a plus.

ETL Developer/SQL tester with 5-7 years of experience.

Required

• Experience with SQL scripting and relational database modeling
• Experience working with creating AWS ETL jobs, data pipelines with high volumes of data
• Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools
• Analyze and plan testing, write test cases, execute manual and automated tests, use technical skills for deeper testing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Experience programming and testing large scale cloud solutions

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Designing, building, and maintaining ETL pipelines.
• Analyzing data models and business requirements.
• Troubleshooting data issues and optimizing performance.
• Creating documentation for processes and systems.
• Data Validation: Query the database to verify that data is correctly inserted, updated, and deleted by the application, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Design, Create and Execute Test Cases:
• Backend Testing: Validating backend logic and data processing that might not be immediately visible through the user interface.
• Collaboration: Working closely with developers and business analysts to understand data requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
