As a Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

• Candidate must be located within US. This position may require travel.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualification:

• Level of Supervision/ Guidance available within project. Need to be self-driven as this is client facing role, need to have good communication skills and onsite offshore coordination skills.
• Understand E2E client data landscape and execute comprehensive testing strategies for ETL (Extract, Transform and Load),cloud integration and datawarehouse solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Skill Proficiency required for role: ETL and Datawarehouse testing expertise using SQL along with working knowledge on any of ETL tools like Informatica, Informatica on Cloud.
• Experience working in large data and Cloud migration testing projects for legacy on prem and modern cloud databases like GCP, IBM I Series Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake and Azure.
• Implement and manage Python based testing automation framework to compare datasets between heterogeneous databases and varied file formats.
• Problem solving skills to troubleshoot complex data, ETL and testing issues to optimize testing processes.
• Very good ETL and data automation experience both hands on and solution using SQL, Informatica and Python Automation and come up with customized solutions to automation the problem at hand.
• QA lead capability to handle client stake holders, interact with client and vendor project team members at onsite and coordinate with offshore resources in India
• Take the bottom-line responsibility of ownership of entire QA track
• Hands on experience in any of the Health care domain applications like FACETS/EDFIECS,/QNXT.
• Good communication skills with strategic thinking on QA solution and implementation
• Operational understanding of a typical Pharmacy Benefits Manager including plan configuration, drug formulary management, claims processing and utilization management.
• Provide detailed testing reports, dashboards and metrics to stakeholders highlighting test outcomes, coverage and defects.
• Certifications in cloud technologies
• Agile and DevOps project experience
• CI/CD implementation

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO $<67000> to $<93800>
In Washington, DC: $<81900> to $<111000>
