Job summary

Realign Llc in a remote capacity is seeking an experienced ETL Technical Lead with 5+ years of software development and data integration expertise. You will lead ETL design, implement DataStage solutions, and drive technical deliverables across projects.

The role requires deep DataStage scripting, SQL proficiency, and collaboration with architects, DBAs, and QA. You will mentor developers, optimize data workflows, ensure governance, and align with enterprise standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development and technical/project delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage.
• Expert knowledge of DataStage scripting.
• Strong SQL development and database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with enterprise software environments.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, Java, SOA, SAP, PS, or other object-oriented technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of ETL/data integration solutions.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStage.
• Create and optimize DataStage jobs, sequences, scripts, mappings, transformations, and workflows.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable ETL solutions.
• Manage ETL development tasks, technical deliverables, timelines, and project priorities.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ETL developers and project team members.
• Design and implement efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across enterprise systems.
