TekWissen LLC in Orlando is seeking an experienced ETL Developer to lead end-to-end data ingestion, transformation, and distribution. The role requires onsite presence Mon-Thu with Friday remote, providing technical leadership to offshore teams, enforcing code quality, and aligning data pipelines with BI requirements.

You will hands-on develop critical data pipelines, review artefacts, and ensure performance, data integrity, and compliance across diverse source systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years in data warehousing, data engineering, or ETL/ELT, with at least 1-2 years in a tech lead or senior role.
• Advanced SQL and scripting (Python/Java).
• Hands-on with AWS Glue, Apache Spark, or Kafka.
• Deep data modeling (snowflake), real-time streaming, and performance tuning on large datasets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and PM capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop ETL pipelines and review artefacts from offshore team.
• Conduct code reviews, facilitate agile ceremonies, and oversee delivery timelines.
• Design scalable, robust batch and real-time data ingestion pipelines.
• Establish coding standards and integration design patterns.
• Oversee ETL/Streaming across sources to data warehouses and data lakes.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks, optimize SQL queries, and manage incidents.
