Job summary

The Glove in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Lead ETL Developer to join our enterprise data team. You will design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows and data integration across Oracle, Teradata, and other sources.

You will lead hands-on development, collaborate with Product Owners in an Agile environment, and ensure robust data warehousing solutions with strong SQL/PLSQL and Unix scripting skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on Informatica PowerCenter experience.
• 6–8 years Oracle/Teradata DB development.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming skills.
• Unix/Linux and Shell scripting experience.
• Solid ETL architecture and Data Warehousing knowledge.
• Experience with stored procedures and multiple data sources.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Build and optimize data integration across Oracle, Teradata, DB2, and flat files.
• Develop SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and Shell scripts.
• Support enterprise data warehouse development and data migration projects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams in Agile environments.
• Troubleshoot ETL jobs, resolve production issues, and provide end-user support.
• Create technical documentation and review deliverables for quality and performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle, Teradata, SQL, and Unix scripting, along with expertise in designing and building robust ETL solutions.

Key Responsibilities
