Stellantis in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking an experienced ETI Project Responsible to plan, perform, and execute Electrical Thermal Incident assessments for new vehicles, top hats, engines, MCA and serial-life changes.

The role collaborates with engineering, packaging, validation, manufacturing and quality teams to identify ETI risks, document results, and support mitigation as part of the vehicle lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics/Automotive Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in thermal incidents with electrical/electronic components and wiring harnesses in vehicles.
• Ability to travel within North America for short assignments.
• English-language proficiency required.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute ETI assessments to support vehicle programs and milestones.
• Validate electrical/electronic components in collaboration with technical teams.
• Analyze wiring harness routing to verify best practices and ETI risks.
• Prepare and release ETI assessment reports at program milestones.
• Conduct physical ETI checks at production facilities.
