Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned Ethics & Compliance professional to join its Core Business Services team. You will lead ethics communications, design training content, and build stakeholder relationships across EY to reinforce a culture of integrity and accountability.

The role involves collaboration with executive leadership, ongoing program management, and adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate candidly with senior leaders.
• Proficient technology skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint).
• Approximately 5–7 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ethics communication and training deliverables to embed EY’s culture across the firm.
• Independently and collaboratively create engaging learning/content for ethics initiatives.
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends and opportunities to enhance the Ethics Program.
• Support annual regulatory processes and maintain documentation for compliance.
