• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 5-7 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop ethics communication and training deliverables to embed EY’s culture across the firm and highlight key ethics responsibilities.
• Independently and collaboratively create and design engaging learning content for ethics initiatives.
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels across multiple teams.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends in behavior and opportunities to enhance our culture.
• Implement strategies that advance the ethics framework and review foundational elements.
• Stay informed about emerging knowledge and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify topics for training presentations to communicate new developments to EY professionals and ECRM team members.
• Research and analyze key requirements of firm policies and regulators’ rules regarding ethics and integrity.
• Support annual regulatory processes (e.g. QC1000) and maintain documentation for compliance.
• Establish and implement project plans with goals and measures.
