Job summary
McKinsey & Company in the United States or Europe seeks a senior E&C leader to identify and mitigate ethics and compliance risks across Telecom, Media & Technology projects, ensuring deliverables meet contractual terms and integrity standards. Lead cross-functional monitoring, develop policies, review project plans and reports, and provide guidance on training.
Collaboration with Legal, Risk, and regulatory experts is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or professional certifications preferred (e.g., Juris Doctor or CPA).
- 7+ years of Telecom, Media & Technology industry experience; consulting with risk/regulatory compliance preferred.
- 5+ years of developing and implementing holistic ethics & compliance programs in Telecom, Media & Technology.
Responsibilities
- Identify and mitigate ethics and compliance risks across client service projects.
- Lead day-to-day E&C monitoring activities across Telecom, Media & Technology projects, ensuring contract terms and guardrails are met.
- Develop and maintain policies and training for identifying, managing, and reporting on ethics and compliance risks.
