Job summary

Ana Luisa is seeking a results-driven Stylist to join our retail team in California. You will deliver exceptional customer service, exceed sales targets, and authentically narrate our brand story to every guest.

You will initially report to the Store Manager and collaborate with the team to build loyalty, drive conversions and foster a premium in-store experience that aligns with Ana Luisa values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of retail management experience; jewelry experience preferred.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Open availability Fri/Sat/Sun and two 4-hour shifts Mon-Thurs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and surpass sales objectives.
• Authenically narrate the Ana Luisa brand story to customers.
• Meet and exceed KPI goals (AOV, units per transaction, conversion, revenue).
• Use company tools and strategies to support store targets.
• Process transactions accurately in OMNI channel settings.
• Contribute to store events and community initiatives.
