Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Boston seeks an ETF Operations Analyst to support the Basket Operations Team, managing client trading activity, ETF order inquiries, and a daily settlements dashboard.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of a client's trading activity; review reconciliation breaks on Shares and Valuation.
• Handle ETF order inquiries and resolutions; respond to APs and issuers.
• Maintain a daily settlements dashboard and track KPI aging.
• Facilitate collateral management: validation, processing, release of ETF cash.
• Return collateral after settlements per policy and client agreements.
• Manage AP communications for wires; initiate wire requests for collateral, cash, fees.
• Produce collateral reporting to APs and ETF issuers; ensure transparency.
• Reconcile against core controls for ETF/TA deliveries.
• Collaborate with tech/change teams to scale processes and automate touchpoints.
• Participate in industry groups and discussions with Fund Sponsors.
• Uphold regulatory and control standards; provide monthly KPI reports.

As an ETF Operations Analyst within the Fund Servicing team, you will be supporting our Basket Operations Team that is responsible for the ETF Servicing offering at JP Morgan. You will foster and maintain solid working relationships with clients and Authorized Participants. You will also support internal groups within the broader division with respect to ETF record keeping and capstock activity.

Job responsibilities

• Be responsible for the daily management of a client's trading activity including reviewing reconciliation breaks on Shares and Valuation and related client queries
• Be responsible for ETF order inquiries and resolutions; ensure timely, accurate responses to Aps and issuers.
• Maintain a daily settlements Dashboard with the status of all open and settling orders; track KPIs for ageing breaks.
• Facilitate collateral management: validation, processing, and release of ETF order cash in line with control standards.
• Return collateral following subsequent settlements in accordance with policy and client agreements.
• Manage AP communications for incoming/outgoing wires; initiate and monitor wire requests for collateral, cash components, and order fees.
• Produce and distribute collateral reporting to Aps and ETF issuers; maintain transparency on requirements, movements, and balances.
• Reconcile accurately and efficiently against all core controls and procedures for all relevant ETF and TA deliveries.
• Partner with technology and change teams to scale processes, enhance resiliency, and automate manual touchpoints.
• Participate in industry working groups, initiatives and current events related to ETF, as well as discussions with Fund Sponsors looking to launch new ETF products.
• Uphold regulatory and control standards and provide monthly KPI reporting to clients and senior management.

• Strong knowledge of complex corporate actions and dividend income.
• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
