Job summary

Owner-focused Managing Legal Counsel role at T. Rowe Price in Owings Mills, MD, supporting U.S. registered funds and ETFs. Provide strategic legal guidance to senior leaders on governance, regulatory issues, and fund disclosures.

Collaborate with Product, Investments, Distribution, Capital Markets, and Compliance to support launches, board materials, and regulatory filings while managing external counsel as needed.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 10+ years advising registered investment companies, ETFs or related products.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel on formation, registration, governance and maintenance of registered funds and ETFs.
• Advise on product development, regulatory changes and disclosures affecting ETFs and funds.
• Present to fund boards and committees; interact with regulators and external counsel.
• Collaborate with Product, Investments, Distribution, Capital Markets, Trading and Compliance teams.
