Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct ETF operations experience.
• 5–7+ years of total relevant industry experience.
• Experience with InvestOne Accounting platform preferred.
• Strong understanding of ETF lifecycle events and operational processes.
• Experience working with Authorized Participants and external counterparties.
• Attention to detail with a methodical, well‑organized approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process ETF creation and redemption orders in the primary market.
• Manage creation and redemption settlements, including cash and in‑kind transactions.
• Coordinate ETF unit settlements and maintain relationships with Authorized Participants.
• Respond to AP inquiries related to creation and redemption activity.
• Support CNS operations related to ETF trading and settlement.
• Manage and support ETF rebalance activity.
• Process ETF collateral and perform related P&L calculations.
