Job Description:

The Role

As an ETF & Alternative Asset Analyst Team Lead within the ETF Operations team, you will be involved in all aspects of operations performed by the team. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining AP relationships, trade confirmation, instruction, settlements, and collateral management. This role requires collaboration with trade operations and the ETF services organization within Fidelity's Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO).

• Handle AP inquiries related to creation/redemption activity.
• Provide expertise in ETF product development and implementation.
• Offer training as a subject matter expert (SME).
• Support development of Fidelity’s ETF capabilities with your subject matter expertise.
• Create and update operational processes and procedures for new products.
• Recommend system, process, and responsibility improvements.
• Participate in testing new technology before deployment and report results.
• Escalate operational incidents to senior management.
• Maintain relationships with business partners and manage service level expectations.

The Expertise & Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of ETF operations experience.
• Experience with ETF servicing including basket processing, collateral management, settlements, fails resolution, and AP/order management.
• Strong understanding of the ETF industry and regulatory support.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and contribute to team deliverables.
• Effective communication skills for updates to all levels of operations leadership.
• Familiarity with digital assets and digital asset servicing.
• Experience in workflow, process, and procedure development.
• Understanding of ETF middle office functions like trade enrichment, instructions, settlements, and fails resolution, with proactive issue escalation.

The Team

The ETF Operations Team is part of the Global Middle Office division within FFIO. The team provides comprehensive trade operational support for Fidelity’s ETF funds.
