A leading company in financial services is seeking an ETF & Alternative Asset Analyst Team Lead to enhance trade operations in Merrimack, NH. This collaborative role supports ETF product development and operational processes, fostering relationships with business partners. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of ETF operations experience and a strong analytical skill set.
The Role
As anETF & Alternative Asset Analyst Team Lead within the ETF Operations team, you will be involved in all aspects of operations performed by the team. In conjunction with building and maintaining AP relationships, the focus on this team will include trade confirmation, instruction, settlements and use of collateral. This will be a collaborative role with the rest of trade operations and the ETF services organization in Fidelity's Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO).

The Team
The ETF Operations Team is part of the Global Middle Office division within FFIO’s business unit. The Global Middle Office division provides full middle office operational support to Fidelity Retail and Institutional products. The ETF Operations team provides end-to-end trade operational support for Fidelity’s ETF funds within FFIO.

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
