Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking an ETF Accountant at multiple levels, with 2–5+ years experience. The role involves maintaining general ledger for mutual funds, processing corporate actions, and ensuring GAAP and SEC compliance.

Salary ranges depend on level, with a posted pay range and a requirement to work from a U.S. Bank location at least three days per week. Candidates should have a finance or accounting degree and ETF experience; strong data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years to 4 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with ETFs and ETF basket processing, ION/IOPV projections, and basket reviews.
• Ability to identify and resolve data exceptions and analyze information.
• Proficient in navigating Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and records of mutual funds of varying complexity.
• Prepare daily general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and processing of corporate actions.
• Post expense accruals and payments; determine daily net asset value and mill rates.
• Ensure SEC and GAAP compliance; collaborate with administrators, transfer agents and prime brokers.
