You will supervise managers and coordinate with advisors, traders, custodians, and auditors to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

The role emphasizes training, performance management, and process improvements, with a focus on compliance with SEC, IRS, and GAAP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 10 years in funding accounting or related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor or management experience in fund accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of fund accounting managers.
• Provide technical, industry and client-specific training.
• Oversee manager performance, salary actions and appraisals.
• Develop objectives and development plans for managers and their teams.
• Coordinate with HR on disciplinary actions when needed.
• Serve as escalation point for team issues.
• Ensure smooth client launches and fund setup and reporting.
• Support audit requests and improve accounting system functionality.
• Maintain relationships with advisors, traders, custodians, auditors.
