Qualifications

  • Completed at least one quality internship relevant to this position.
  • Active involvement in clubs, volunteerism, or other activities outside the classroom.
  • Experience designing and analyzing algorithms, data structures, and patterns for scalable systems.
  • Experience with SQL and at least one database technology (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data processes ensuring efficient data movement.
  • Participate on project teams in various roles throughout rotations.
  • Research best practices and emerging technologies for improvements.
  • Maintain data models, databases, and data warehouses for BI/analytics.
  • Collaborate with IT, product, analytics, and business teams to gather requirements.
  • Perform data analysis to support decision making across departments.
  • Ensure compliance and proper approvals throughout data delivery lifecycle.

Associates gain hands-on experience across multiple teams while contributing to meaningful business and technology initiatives.This job is an integral member of one of our technical teams responsible for supporting the design, development, and maintenance of our data infrastructure, ensuring the efficient and reliable flow of data across our systems. The incumbent will work closely with our data professionals, analysts, and engineers to build and optimize data pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity. The incumbent will be involved in every aspect as part of the data process from idea generation, analysis, design, build, and support using the latest various technologies and design patterns.
