Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify etching equipment is in proper working condition before using.
• Make-up all etching chemicals per routings and procedures.
• Chemical change-overs using proper PPE.
• Inspect substrates for proper photoresist quality prior to etching.
• Touch up intricate images, holes, slots using a microscope.
• Wet etch substrates using manual and automated methods.
• Verify critical dimensions on substrates using a Nikon microscope system.
• Strip photoresist and inspect substrates for complete cleanliness.
