A BS degree in Engineering plus experience in semiconductor processes, particularly in wet or dry etching, is essential. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
Prior experience with Etch process within a semiconductor organization is a plus.
Responsibilities
Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
Perform tool qualifications and lot dispositions.
Run experiments to improve capacity and performance.
Skills
300mm Dry Etch experience
Familiarity with Etch Equipment
Familiar with TPM concepts
Education
BS degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
