Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide technology initiatives across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations. This remote, contract role will coordinate platform migrations, integrations, and transformations while partnering with executive leadership.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in technical program management, strong executive communication, and deep experience with cloud technologies (AWS) and Oracle Fusion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise technology programs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing complex migrations, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and distributed systems.
• Experience working within AWS and modern cloud environments.
• Oracle Fusion experience (HCM, ERP, EPM).
• Corporate systems, finance systems, HRIS, ERP, or enterprise application implementation experience.
• Experience in high-growth technology organizations.

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide technology initiatives across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations teams. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $65.00 to $75.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.
• Experience working within AWS and modern cloud environments.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and reporting capabilities.
• Oracle Fusion experience (HCM, ERP, EPM).
• Corporate systems, finance systems, HRIS, ERP, or enterprise application implementation experience.
• Experience in high-growth technology organizations.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
