Dominion Energy is offering an internship in Electric Transmission Asset Management. The intern will assist in developing data systems for substation monitoring, data analytics, and records management, gathering business requirements, and building SQL queries and code for dashboards.

Under supervision, you will gain exposure to engineering, compliance, and the full development lifecycle. You will learn to deploy and support data-driven tools, with emphasis on safety, ethics, and inclusion.

Formación

• Foundational understanding of custom application development.
• Ability to apply academic knowledge to practical business scenarios.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with gathering business requirements and developing SQL queries and programming code.
• Create custom applications and dashboards to support data-driven tools for end users and asset management customers.
• Participate in the full application development lifecycle from customer discovery to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to gain exposure to engineering, compliance and asset management.
